Korston Regional Development
The Strategy:
Korston strategy was to develop similar multifunctional complexes in each major Russian Regional Center. The chain development would add another level of synergy facilitating the Group headquarter to hire the best professionals in each of the operating business Korston develop in its model.
Vice presidents on charge of development and operation in each industry combined with a strong team of local managers in charge of marketing, PR & GR, engineering, accounting, with deep knowledge of the local business environment made the best possible combination to potentiate the human expertise to achieve the company goals.
The Program:
Korston marketing studies show that with a variation in proportions and size this type of complexes where feasible in about 60 Russian provincial and regional centers.
The order of development was dictated by an opportunistic view to develop first in those regions where the business environment and the attitude of the local authorities made possible to develop in less time. Another decisive factor was the possibility of founding the right location.
